<br />manager shall compic:te inspections every two months to ensure there is no
<br />failure. Applic,mt is advised that should the systems fail durmg this period of
<br />time, tbe City shall require the pumping o: septic tanks as needed and/or limited
<br />use ::ir pc1rtial use of the bedrooms within the accessory strucrure tmtil strncture
