NO. � O � �: � . <br /> • � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> VARIANCES TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISIONS 1 AND 2; <br /> SECTION 10.55, SUBDIVISION 8; AND <br /> SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16(L) <br /> - FILE #2319 <br /> WHEREAS, Ronald Lauer of Lauer Homes, Inc. (hereinafter "the applicant") is <br /> owner of the property located at 1040 Tonkawa Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City") and legally described as follows: � � <br /> � . Exhibit A attached (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Sections 10.22, Subdivisions 1 and 2; 10.55, Subdivision 8; and 10.56, <br /> Subdivision 16(L) to permit the construction of a new residence constituting hardcover in the <br /> 75-250' zone in excess of the 25% hardcover normally allowed in that zone. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2319. <br /> 2. The property is 1.85 acres in area and is located in the.LR-1B Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on January 20, 1998 <br /> and on a vote of 3-2 recommended approval of the proposed variance at a <br /> hardcover level of 30% in the 75-250' hardcover zone based upon the following <br /> findings: <br /> • Page 1 of 6 <br />
