r , <br /> O <br /> � O O <br /> ti <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kzslio NO. 4023 <br /> TRANSFER ENTERED <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING H99gM COUNTY TAXPAYER SERVICES <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE FEB zo WL <br /> SECTION 10.20, SUBDIVISION 3(G2) <br /> O�E�PINFILE NO. 2318MINN. <br /> DcPUTY <br /> WHEREAS, Jeanne Mithun (hereinafter the "applicant") is the owner of the <br /> property located at 755 Ferndale Road North within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, Lydiard Hills, Hennepin County, Minnesota hereinafter <br /> Y P Y <br /> O "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a conditional use permit <br /> to permit the construction of a guest apartment in the lower level of the existing residence per <br /> Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3(G2). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2318. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Zoning District requiring two acres. The <br /> property consists of 2.26 acres. <br /> 3. On January 20, 1998 the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the application <br /> as proposed and recommended approval based on the following findings: <br /> a. The primary entrance to the guest apartment will be via the exisitng door <br /> and stairway in the garage. The residence was originally designed with <br /> a stairway to the basement through the garage. No other access to the <br /> basement from the main unit is available. <br /> b.
