The public hearing is scheduled before the Council at <br />their August 26th meeting. Planning Commissior. is asked to make a <br />recommendation for Council's consideration. <br />REVIEW OF APPLICATION <br />Staff can confirm a] 1 new construction <,,eets required setbacks for <br />both principal and accessory structures. The new residence has been pulled <br />out of the 75 foot setback area where the previous residence was located <br />approximately 60 feet from the lakeshore. Hardcover within the 75-250' <br />setback area has been maintained at 25% coverage. Septic tests confirm <br />adequate area for on -site septic system both pi-incipa1 and alternate. <br />
