POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: <br />I, the undersigned, CorinrP G. Pillsbury, also known as Mrs. <br />Philip W. Pillsbury, do hereby make, constitute and appoint my <br />attorney, Stephen R. Pflaum, of 2725 Deerhill Road, Long Lake, <br />Minnesota, my true and lawful Attorney -in -Fact, for me and in my <br />name, place and stead, and on my behalf: <br />To do any act, including without limitation thereto to <br />execute and deliver any document, and to attend any meeting <br />and/or hearing before any municipal and/or pjblic body, as may be <br />required in connection with that certain variance application <br />filed or to be filed with the City of Orono covering property <br />owned by myself at 1200 Brackett's Point Road, Orono, Minnesota. <br />Said Stephen R.
