I have enclosed the three original <br />resolutions for your client's signature, please see that all <br />three are returned to this office for final execution by the <br />Orono City Clerk. A copy of one of the origi:ia 1 s wi 1 1 be sent to <br />you for your client's records. <br />It has also come to our attention that you still have not <br />returned the original Resclutions 11835 for the variance approved <br />for 1200 Bracketts Point Road, taken from our office on August <br />26, 1985. Those must be signed and notorized and returned to our <br />office as soon as possinle. The Certificate cf Occupancy for the <br />new house on Bracketts Point Road wi l l n(t be issued and they <br />will not be able to move into the new huu:;e until these are <br />retL.-ned to our office and executed by the city Clerk. <br />If you desire (ertified copies of the official Council <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk <br />after review and approval by the City Council. <br />
