PiIlshury (hereinafter "the <br />appiic:•ant") is the owner of the t-roperty located at 1200 <br />Aracke,t's Point Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City") and legal:- described as follows: <br />Exhibit. A, attached (hereinafter "the property"); ana <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for <br />variances to Municipal Toning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 15 <br />( ) and Section 10.23, Subdivision 6 ;S) to permit. the <br />installation of a 4' high wall within the required front/street <br />yard where only a 34' high wall is allowed an(' located <br />approximately 3' from the street lot line of Bra►ckett's Point <br />Road where a 50' setback is required. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BR IT RRSOL /RD by the City Counc i 1 of <br />Orono, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This apri:ration was reviewed a!, Zoning File 41438. <br />the property is located in the I.R-lA Sinqle Family <br />Lakeshore Residential Zoning District requiring 2 acres in. <br />area. <br />3.
