TO 8:30 F.M. <br />The Affidavit of Put Ii caticr and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Idstrom w(,re present for this matter. <br />Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator Gaffron <br />explained that the applicants are requesting a variance to allow <br />for the construction of a horse barn. The barn will meet the <br />setbacks required to rouse horses. <br />Planning Commissioner Bellows recommended that, given the <br />odd shape of the lot, the Planning Commission make very clear <br />tha any future subdividing will require the barn to be removed. <br />Pla .ling Commissioner Hanson asked about the time period allowed <br />for such removals to take place? Gaffron replied that typically <br />180 days is allotted for eitrer the removal of the accessory <br />structure or the construction of a principal residence. <br />There were no 7omments from the public regardinq this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved y Planning Commissioner Cohen. seconded by <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson, to recommend approval of the <br />variance allowing an accessory structure nearer the front lot <br />line than the principal structure. The hardship in this <br />application is the configuration of the lot... Approval is subject <br />to the vegeta,ion being maintained. Motion, Ayes=5, Nays-0, <br />Motion passed. <br />i14M w.
