CITY OP URONO - NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown "?oad on Monday, August 21, 1989 to <br />review the following land use applications: <br />1. 11430 Morse homes, 4127 Oak Street, seeks hardcover and a <br />setback variance for the installation of a tram within the <br />lakeshore yard to facilitate access to lake and an average <br />lakeshore setback variance for a proposed gazebo and deck <br />within the 75-250' setback area. <br />2. 1i1432 Julia Whitney, 4470 Forest. Lake Landing, seeks a <br />hardcover variance within the 75-250' setback area for the <br />proposed recorstruction of a new residence. <br />3. 01433 Loren Butterfield seeks a conditional use permit for <br />the property located at 3925 Watertown Road for the remo%al <br />of peat within a designated wetlands. <br />4.
