Crosby, Jr. <br />I spoke with Jeanne Mabusth at Orono today. <br />The subdivision was the action approved at the council <br />on May 13, 1985. The machinery is in action to file the <br />resolutions which will permit the deeds to each of you from <br />Mrs. J. S. Pillsbury to be filed. I will take care of the <br />filing. <br />Assuming that the deeds at,.: filed, the City of <br />Orono needs your signatures on combination papers. <br />The combination papers are required to consolidate <br />the lots for tax purposes and to avoid their being conveyed <br />as independent, small lots in the future. <br />Each if you should make arrangements t <br />api,ointmerits with Jeanne Mabusth. I suspect that your wives <br />will be required in that the properties are held Jointly in <br />both cases. <br />I am enclosing with this memorandum copies of the <br />deeds involved which will be required by the City of Orono. <br />Orono will not need an original for their records. <br />TMC <br />
