S. Pillsbury, Jr. <br />The transaction appears to be a simple lot rearrange - <br />ment. <br />I am enclosing the subdivision application form <br />together with our check for $250.00 to cover the review fee. <br />Also enclosed is a survey showing the location of <br />the subject property and the appropriate legal description. <br />Finally, I am enclosing a copy of Bracketts Point as set <br />forth in the plat book which shows the overall location of <br />the lots. <br />You may want to combine tax parcel 0005 with tax <br />parcel 0006. The legal description being used in the <br />conveyance by Mrs. John S. Pillsbury to John S. Pillsbury, <br />Jr. does not distinguish between the two tax parcels. <br />
