Width of lot 175' - setback from lakeshore <br />of 75' and street setback of 50' <br />2. Location of traveled road as opposed to <br />platted road. <br />The I.ynns request a front yard variance setback of <br />16' for a tennis court 60' X 120'. The subject lot is <br />3+ acres, but a long, narrow lakeshore property. The <br />court will be constructed in a heavily wooded area of <br />the property. The On -Site Septic Systems Manager <br />advises that the location of the tennis court will not <br />effect the existing or future drainfield area. Thu <br />improvement will not create a hardcover problem. <br />The Planning Commission at their meeting of June 23, <br />1980, approved the variance for a tennis court based <br />on the hardships of configuration of the lot and the <br />location of the lake and street. <br />Council Meet i ng - June 30, 1980 <br />Hurr moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the variance <br />request of Michael Lynn, 1265 Brlicketts, subject to <br />the Planning Commission recommendations of .Tune 23, <br />1980.
