City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1 <br />1. The location and amount of filling and excavation shall not <br />exceed that shown on the approved plan (a copy of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A), but to the extent permitted by <br />other agencies, an implementation of the plan requiring less <br />lakeshore disturbance is permitted. <br />2. The applicant shall take suitable precautionary measures as <br />required by City staf f to ensure that no sediment enters the lake <br />as a result of the grading and filling. <br />3. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by application for a building permit within one year of <br />the date of Council approval, or this variance will expire on <br />that date (September 23, 1985). <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shali constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5.
