CITY OP ORONO - NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, October 16, 1989 to <br />review the following land use applications: <br />1. 41461 Reverand Paul W. Berggren of 585 Old Crystal Ba- Road <br />South seeks a side yard setback variance for a proposed <br />porch addition to the existing residece. <br />2. #1462 Richard A. Schmidt of Orchard Park Farm Inc. at 3980 <br />Watertown Road seeks a front street setback variance for a <br />proposed second story additio., to the existing residence. <br />3. #1463 Contel of Minnesota, Inc. seeks approval of a <br />conditional use permit and setback variance for a proposed <br />remote switch building approximately 10'xl6' on a property <br />located at the intersection of Tonkaview Lane and County <br />Road 19 that is currently owned by the Fairview Covenant <br />Church. <br />4. #1464 Charles Nadler of 2509 Kelly Avenue seeks a hardcover <br />variance within the 75-250' setback area for a proposed <br />addition to the existing residence. <br />5. #1465 Gerald McCourtney of 1055 Ferndale Road West seeks a <br />hardcover variance within the 75-250' setback area for an <br />additional curb and driveway entrance and a height variance <br />for a proposed fence that will be place: adjacent to the <br />road right-of-way of Ferndale Road for a residence currently <br />being remodeled. <br />6. #1466 Dan Kokesh of 4040 Watertown Road seeks a front and <br />side setback variance for a screened porch addition :o the <br />existing residence. <br />7. #1468 George Pillsbury of 1300 Brackett's Point Road seeks <br />hardcover and lakeshore setback variances for a proposed <br />greenhouse additi-n to the existing residence and a <br />conditional use pe:..iit and variance for land alterations <br />within the 0-75' setback area. <br />S. #1469 City of Orono seeks a conditional use permit for the <br />installation of a tower for a siren within portions of the <br />unused right -of. -way of windjammer Lane. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. The <br />sooting starts at 7:00 PM.
