However both <br />Herb Baldwin and Tom Meyer will he representing us to explain our <br />request and answer any questions. <br />We hope that you feel as we do that our addition of a small <br />conservatory improves the overall appearance of our house just as <br />the porch did that we added off the living room and bedroom several <br />years after we purchased the house in 1953. <br />We believe that the addition does comply with both the intent and <br />spirit of the set back ordinance and hope that you will approve our <br />request for a conditional use permit and variance. <br />Sincerely, <br />CSP?rpd <br />
