Resolution #1867 has been amended per the directives of the Council allowing a 4'x4' <br />landing at the lakeside of the access stairs, a 6'x4' irrigation structure and a light post at the <br />lakeside deck landing. The amended resolution is enclosed for your information. <br />Please arrange to sign the original resolution copies at the City Offices (Monday through <br />Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance and conditional use permit approval is limited to the extent shown on approved <br />plan and as noted in the approval resolutions.
