Mabusth, Building and Zoning Administrator <br />Stephen Weckman, On-Site Systems Manager <br />September 13, 1993 <br />#1868 James and Joann Jundt, 1400 Brackett's Point Road -Septic Review <br />As a result of the renovation project for 1400 Brackett's Point Road, the existing septic <br />systems serving the property needed to be verified as code-conforming due to the newly adopted <br />Shore land Regulations. Site evaluation for the property indicates that the existing systems for <br />both the caretaker and main residences are non-conforming due to the absence of a 3' separation <br />between the treatment area and the seasonally high water table. Therefore, the septic system <br />for the main residence must be replaced concurrently with the renovation of the main residence. <br />Since no work is planned at this time for the caretaker residence, the repair of this septic system <br />can be made prior to December 31, 1995 or at the time a permit is issued for any improvements <br />regarding the caretaker complex, whichever comes first. Site evaluation and septic system <br />design have been completed and approved for both residences. <br />lsv
