The existing stone steps shall be reinstalled within the lakeshore <br />bank. The area of the access stair will not be increased. A new railing will be installed. <br />Please review Exhibit E, note that there are two stone accessways to be repaired. The original <br />one to the north has been removed. The new access staircase to proposed lakeside deck is not <br />shown on this site plan. The issue, as with the first review, was that the code is not clear as <br />to how many access stairs are allowed on a lakeshore lot. The code does not specify each
