<br />The Planning Commission will hold
<br />public hearings in the Council Chambers at
<br />2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, October 20 ,
<br />1997, beginn ing at 7:00 p .m., on the matter of
<br />review ing the follow ing land use applications :
<br />1. #2300, James and Joanne Jundt of
<br />1400 Bracketts Point Road , request
<br />renewal of setback and hardcover variances
<br />granted in October 1996 for restoration of an
<br />existing retaining wall, underground gmtto
<br />and takeshore stairway system located within
<br />75' of the takeshore.
<br />2 . #2301 Gerald Mccourtney of 1055
<br />West Ferndale Road , requests lakeshore
<br />setback and hardcover variances for
<br />construction of a driveway gate to be located
<br />less than 75' from the shoreline , and requests
<br />p e rmission for placement of landscape
<br />plantings and expansion of the driveway
<br />apron within the City right-of-way.
<br />3 . #2303, Angela Woodhouse , 2625
<br />North Shore Drive, requests renewal of
<br />variances for hardcover, lakeshore setback,
<br />and average lakeshore setback to allow for a
<br />kitchen addition to an existing residence.
<br />4. #2304 , Deborah Sholl, 4100
<br />Watertown Road, requeets a front vard
<br />setback variance to a11ow an add it ion · and
<br />garage on an existing residence that 1s
<br />located within the required front yard setback .
<br />5 . #2305 , Roger and Elizabeth Olsen ,
<br />815 Partenwood Road, request a
<br />takeshore setback and hardcover variances
<br />to allow a garage addition and remodeling of
<br />an ex isting ressidence that is currently
<br />located within 75' of the shoreline .
<br />6 . #2307, Ellen Peterson, having an
<br />interest in 3355 Crystal Bay Road,
<br />requests lakeshore and hardcover variances
<br />to construct a deck over an existing driveway
<br />to be used as a carport .
<br />7. #2309, Paul !arson, 3865 Shoreline
<br />Drive, requests lot area and . hardcover
<br />variances to const ruct a new residence on a
<br />vacant lot.
