A <br />conditional use permit for land alteration within the 0-75 foot zone to prove a wheelchair path to the <br />dock is also being requested . <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On June 19 , 2006 Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend approval of the hardcover variance <br />and the conditional use permit for land alteration in the 0-75 foot shoreland zone . <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Approval of the variance and conditional use permit per the attached Resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached Resolution.
