They wanted to <br />create a hard cover path to the dock. We discussed zero hardcover and Jo Ann agreed to a <br />sodded pathway. The pathway almost exists now except we need to flatten it which will <br />require grading and new black dirt and sod. Combined soil graded and black dirt and sod <br />will be 40 cu yards.
