Existing steps were granted variance #1867. <br />Before and "after" photos attached as well as site plan with topo for existing steps and <br />plan for proposed steps. Please review proposed plantings as well. <br />#06-3206 -4225 Forest Lake Drive -Ken Anderson -Hardcover and setback <br />variances to square off attached garage and add second story. Is there any thing that <br />can be done to offset the amount of hardcover? Rain garden? Re-naturalizing part of <br />the lakeshore?
