MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, October 16, 2017 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Landgraver asked what the rough square footage of the homes will be. <br />Benson stated the lots would be sold to end buyers and they would work with the City on their individual <br />building plans. Benson stated they are not planning on having any architectural covenants placed on the <br />property but that there would be an association for the pond. <br />Alcon stated the association will probably have some architectural control. <br />Lemke asked if an easement for the sewer connection will be needed for Lot 1. <br />Alcon stated the necessary easements will be provided. <br />The Planning Commission took no formal action on this item. <br />1 UPDATE ON CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS HELD ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2017, <br />OCTOIW49,2017 <br />None <br />13.
