Southways Development <br />Paddock Outlots A&B Work Agreement <br />Date:12-2-2017 <br />1.Property owner/developer at 1400 Bracketts Point is applying for development approval for 5 home sites (4 buildable sites, 1 <br />existing residence) as noted on Exhibit A. <br />2.Developer is responsible for development, repair and replacement costs for work that will occur on PID #1111723330008 <br />(Paddock tennis court/drainage pond) and PID # 1111723330009 (Paddock driveway/road) for the new road connection. <br />3.Development work to include but not limited to road removals, road replacement, curb replacements, sewer connection, dirt <br />work and grass seeding/sod. <br />4.Project area and scope will be identified and outlined on forth coming survey drawings.
