[Box 68 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (952) 249-4600 Fax (952) 249-4616 <br />NO=E <br />The Orono Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Orono Council Chambers at <br />2780 Kelley Parkway on TUESDAY, February 20, 2018, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the matter of <br />reviewing the following land use applications: <br />18-3998 James & Mary Jundt, 1400 [Bracketts Poonv Road, request preliminary plat and street <br />vacation to subdivide 1400 Bracketts Point Road into five single family housing sites <br />and a realignment of Bracketts Point Road. <br />18-000009 Allen Merrill, 1181 7=11mwood Avenue, requests vacation of the 20-foot wide <br />undeveloped road right-of-way between 1161 Elmwood Avenue and 1153 Elmwood <br />Avenue. <br />18-000012 Brian Dahl with Gates General Contractors, Inc., 710 Bug Wand, requests average <br />lakeshore setback variances in order to construct additions to the existing cabin. <br />18-000014 Charlie McGlynn with Elevation Homes, 1390 Fox Street, requests a lot width and lot <br />area variance in order to permit redevelopment of a property with 0.46 acre in area <br />and 127 feet of width where 2.0 acres in area and 200 feet of width is required. <br />All persons wishing to be heard are encouraged to attend these meetings. This is not a final agenda and <br />is subject to change prior to the hearings. Written comments are accepted and should be submitted to <br />the City of Orono by Februay 13, 2018 if possible. Interested persons may review the applications and <br />proposed ordinance language at City offices or by visiting the City's Website at www.ci.orono.mn.us.
