Benson stated they are not planning on having any architectural covenants placed on the <br />property but that there would be an association for the pond. <br /> <br />Alcon stated the association will probably have some architectural control. <br /> <br />Lemke asked if an easement for the sewer connection will be needed for Lot 1. <br /> <br />Alcon stated the necessary easements will be provided. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission took no formal action on this item. <br />12. UPDATE ON CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS HELD ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2017, AND <br />OCTOBER 9, 2017 <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />13.
