,t <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Based upon one or more of the findings noted above, the Orono City Council hereby <br />grants a conditional use permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 7&966 to allow grading <br />within the 045 shoreland zone per the grading plan attached to this Resolution as Exhibit B <br />and as annotated by City staff, subject to inclusion of erosion and sediment control details on <br />the final plans. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on the 26`h day of June, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />,z.o <br />Linda S.
