Paddock (hereinafter the <br />"Developer") represented by George Stickney, in: conjunction with a proposed re -platting of Lots v <br />1 and 3, Block 1, BRACKETTS POINT, Hennepin County, Minnesota, filed a petition and <br />application with the City of Orono requesting the vacation of a portion of Bracketts Point Road <br />dedicated as public right -of --way within the plat,of,REARRANGEMENT OF ORONO POINT, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota and legally described as follows, . <br />That part of Brackets Paint Road as dedicated to the public within the plat of / <br />REARRANGEMENT OF ORONO POINT, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies V <br />southerly of a line drawn from the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, <br />BRACKETTS POINT, Hennepin County,,Minnesota, to the most northerly corner of <br />Lot 3, said Block l; and <br />WHEREAS, said petition and application also requests the vacation of certain <br />drainage and utility easements dedicated in the � plat of BRACKETTS POINT andlegally <br />described as follows: <br />All of the Drainage and Utility Easements dedicated in Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, V <br />BRACKETTS POINT, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of two of the three properties directly <br />gaining public road access via the portion of right -of way to be vacated; and <br />Page l of 4 <br />
