(rev. 3/10) <br />Schedule B-Section 1 <br /> <br />No. 17-15038 <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Schedule B of the policies to be issued will contain exceptions to the following matters unless the same are disposed of <br />to the satisfaction of the Company. <br /> <br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAL COMMITMENT NO. 4 SUPERSEDES AND REPLACES ANY PREVIOUS TITLE <br />COMMITMENT, SUPPLEMENTAL TITLE COMMITMENT AND/OR ENDORSEMENT ISSUED BY BURNET <br />TITLE UNDER FILE NO. 17-15038. <br /> <br />1. This preliminary commitment is provided to disclose the limitations to the risk the underwriter would be willing to <br />insure as of the effective date and is for the exclusive use of Burnet Title. Burnet Title reserves the right to make <br />additional requirements and/or exceptions. Anyone relying upon or closing from this commitment for any purpose <br />without written authorization from Burnet Title shall be liable to the underwriter and Burnet Title for any and all loss, <br />damage or unpaid fees for services and products. <br /> <br />2. For the following mortgage, we require a written pay-off statement from the mortgagee agreeing to issue a recordable <br />Satisfaction or Partial Release within 10 days of receipt of payment. If the mortgagee is recording the Satisfaction or <br />Partial Release, we require a copy for our records. A written payoff statement must be submitted to the Burnet Title <br />closer 24 hours prior to closing to review for approval. A Burnet Title Pay-off Verification and Processing fee will be <br />collected at closing.
