Due to the extended holiday deadline timing the City hereby notifies you that it is <br />extending the t i me pe r iod for City action under Minn. Stat. § 15.99, subd. 3(f). This is a routine <br />extension. The in it ial 60-day period would end on February 11, 2018; the time period is now hereby <br />extended until April 12, 2018. <br />The application is scheduled , as planned, for public heari ng before the Planning Comm ission on Tuesday, <br />January 16th at 6:30 PM.
