Three copies of construction plans and one copy of same for reproduction purposes (11 x <br />17 inches or smaller). <br />With respect to the Variance Requests, enclosed please find the following materials: <br />1. Completed Variance Application form; <br />2. Completed hardship documentation form; <br />3. Completed hardcover calculation worksheets; and <br />4 .
