Permit application no. 87-81, received April 23, 1987. <br />2. Typical cross section and plans for the project, prepared by C. Reep, <br />dated April 16, 1987. <br />3. DNR permit application. <br />4. Permit no. 87-63U6 issued by the DNR dated July 13, 1987. <br />5. Revised plan extending the bottom limit of dredging to 924.4 and increasing <br />the volume of material removed to 106U cubic yards prepared by Clifford <br />Reep, dated November 11, 1987. <br />6. Letter from Clifford Reep to the District requesting amendment to Permit <br />No. 87-81. <br />7. Amendment to DNR Permit No. t37-63U6 received December 29, 190. <br />7lie Board approved the permit amendment. <br />This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If <br />construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension trust be <br />requested.
