ORIDERING P�PARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMEN'� � <br /> W�E1tEAS, costs have been determined for the improvement of sanitary sewer in the <br /> Shoreline DrivelHeritage Drive and Lane area and the estimated contract price for such improvement is <br /> $267,400.00, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to <br /> $114,600.00 so that the total estimated cost of the improvement will be$382,000.00. <br /> NO�V, T�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT'Y COUNCY�. O�' ORONO, <br /> MiNNESOTA: . <br /> 1. The total cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be <br /> $382,000.00. • <br /> � � � 2. Assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 15 <br /> years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in Janua .ry, <br /> 1999, and shall bear interest at a maximum rate of 8.0 per cent per annum from the date of <br /> the adoption of the assessment resolution. . _ <br /> 3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate the <br /> proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, <br /> piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br /> provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the clerk's office for <br /> public inspection. <br /> 4.
