The final grading plans shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. No <br /> grading within the 0-75' lakeshore setback zone will be allowed. Erosion control <br /> shall be maintained over all disturbed areas until natural groundcover is restored. _ <br /> � 2. No building permits for Lots 1 or 2 will be issued until a satisfactory,road base and � <br /> all drainage improvements have been installed per approval of the City Engineer. A <br /> building foundation permit for Lot 3 may be issued prior to completion of the road <br /> base work, due to the site limitations and proximity to Tonkawa Road. <br /> 3.
