Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />OFF SALE LIQUOR <br />LICENSE <br />STEVE CORL/NAVARRE <br />LIQUORS <br />City Admiristrator Bernhardson stated that the lease has <br />not. been finalized as planned, therefore recommends the <br />issuance of license be contingent upon, finalization of <br />lease, and the other items listed in proposed motion as <br />follows: <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by Mayor <br />Grabek, Orono City Council issues an off -sale liquor <br />license to Navarre Liquo: s effective 1 June 1987 to 31 <br />December 1987 with issuance of license contingent upon <br />finalization of lease, closing of the sale for the <br />municipal liquor store, and receipt of the appropriate <br />certificate of insurance together with the required <br />band. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />POLICE/LELS 1987 <br />CONTRACT* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilme-^-per Goetten, to accept the contract terms as <br />presented .-or adoption of the 1987 Police Contract. <br />Motion, Ades 5, Nays 0. <br />1987 HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember. Sime, seconded by <br />C'ounc:l.m� ber_ Goetten, the Council authorize the <br />increase •_.. health insurance for 1987 from the ini•cially <br />established amoun`. of $161.00 to $11r.6.00 effective 1 <br />January 1987 for those non-11,EIS employees with family <br />coverage which represent. a $15.00 a month increase over <br />the 1986 crntribution.
