The only change is <br />that applicant at this tim= is only constructing the portion of project <br />requiring the side setback variance. <br />The attached proposed resolution is written so that the entire <br />previous approval is renewed. Any portion of the approved project not <br />covered by building permits as of 5/26/88 is subject to a further variance <br />renewal application after that date. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />
