No person shall sell or offer to sell any licensed productwithoutfirsthavingobtainedalicensetodosofromthecity.B)Application. An application for a license to sell licensed products must be madeonaformprovidedbythecity. The application must contain the full name of the applicant,the applicant's residential and business addresses and telephone numbers, the name of thebusinessforwhichthelicenseissought, and any additional information the city deemsnecessary. Upon receipt of a completed application, the City Clerk will forward theapplicationtotheCityCouncilforactionatitsnextregularlyscheduledmeeting. If theCityClerkdeterminesthatanapplicationisincomplete, it will be returned to the applicantwithnoticeoftheinformationnecessarytomaketheapplicationcomplete.C)Action. The City Council may approve or deny the application for a license, oritmaydelayactionforareasonableperiodoftimetocompleteanyinvestigationoftheapplicationortheapplicantdeemednecessary. If the City Council approves the application,the City Clerk will issue the license to the applicant. If the City Council denies theapplication, notice of the denial will be given to the applicant along with notice of the <br />applicant's right to appeal the decision. <br />D) Term. All licenses issued are valid for one calendar year from the date of issue. <br />E) Revocation or suspension. Any license issued may be suspended or revoked <br />following the procedures set forth in Section 5.12.150. <br />F) Transfers. All licenses issued are valid only on the premises for which the <br />license was issued and only for the person to whom the license was issued. The transfer of <br />any license to another location or person is prohibited. <br />G) Display. All licenses must be posted and displayed at all times in plain view of <br />the general public in the retail establishment. <br />H) Renewals.
