WHEREAS, the parties desire to memorialize their agreement regarding maintenance and <br />repair of the lake access easement area; <br />ACCORDINGLY, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />The contents of the Recitals set forth above shall constitute a part of this Lake Access <br />Easement. <br />2. Selden Thompson Robb, Jr. and Helen A. Robb, husband and wife; and John F. Robb, <br />an unmarried individual, (GRANTORS) hereby grant to Janet M. Fieger, an <br />unmarried individual, and her guests, invitees, heirs, assignees and transferees <br />(GRANTEE) a non-exclusive easement for lake access purposes across the <br />GRANTOR PARCEL limited to a ten foot grass path directly adjacent to the East Lot <br />Line of Lot 21, Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka running from the street to the lake <br />(the "EASEMENT PATH") to benefit and be appurtenant the GRANTEE PARCEL. <br />3. GRANTEE will be responsible for repairing any damage to EASEMENT PATH <br />including re -grading and re -seeding. GRANTOR will be responsible for mowing of <br />the EASEMENT PATH. <br />4.
