FAQ <br />Impact to trees in Right-of-Way?I would be using the Right -of-Way to <br />access the dock as a walking path. No <br />trees will be cleared as it is simply a <br />walking path to the dock. I don’t see <br />any need to walk on private property to <br />access the dock. Any construction <br />traffic would use the main access point <br />on the island . <br />Crossing over private property?I don’t see any need to walk on private <br />property to access the dock give how <br />big the right-of-way is and that it goes <br />to the main road. Impact to shoreline?Since there has been an existing permit <br />to put a dock at this location, I would <br />work to minimize the impact to trees, <br />the topography is flat hence why is was <br />already identified as a good place to <br />put a dock.
