The septic tanks <br />are orginal when the house was built as the pump tank was installed in 2000 when the system was updated. The Mound, <br />drainfield was added onto in 11/1/2010 to accommodate an additional bedroom. The two Septic Tanks will need to be <br />replaced. City permit will be required.
