I am unsure if you have any room to place a deck between your home, the septic and the 75’ lakeshore. I can only process variance as they pertain the zoning regulations. If you are looking for more information regarding Septic system rules you will need to discuss this with Roger. There was a deadline of July 24 for submittal to get you on the August Planning Commission meeting. That deadline has passed. Do you have a scope of work/ site plan prepared with all of you requested improvements? If so I need it by the end of the day today. If you don’t have this prepared, I cannot put you on the August PC Agenda and we can discuss deadlines for the September meeting.
