A demolition permit is <br />required for the removal of the structure. The following are <br />deadline dates for the completion of specific improvements: <br />1. restoration of public right-of-way - July 1, 1986 <br />2. removal of the principal structure - September 1, 1986 <br />3. alteration of berm area - September 15, 1986 <br />Please make arrangements to come in and sign the 3 original <br />resolution copies (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). If Irs. <br />Ulrich is listed on the deed, she mi_:st also sign off on the <br />resolutions. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk <br />after review and approval by the City Council. <br />
