Ulrich, <br />1,535 6 1595 Bohn's Point Road - <br />After -the -Fact Conditional Use Permits <br />The application has been tabled as staff is awaiting input <br />from the DNR and MCWD regarding standards and specifications for <br />underground drainage systems that drain-lirectly into lake. As <br />of 5/23/86, the DNR has confirmed that Ulrich's geothermal <br />drainage system will require DNR review but that as long as the <br />outlet for the foundrt-ion drain is above the 929.4 elevation, DNR <br />review is not required. The WCWD wants to review their standards <br />and get back to us but: preliminary review suggests a permit will <br />riot be necessary. <br />The City Engineer will meet with staff on I.ednesday, May 28, <br />1986 in order to discuss appropriate specifications and standards <br />for foundation drains. <br />The applicant has been advised that formal action on the <br />conditional use permits -nust he Oe 1 ayr-d int i l the dune 4th <br />meet inq. <br />Staff recommends tabling the William Ulrich after -the -fact <br />condtional use permit applications pending Council's approval of <br />uniform standards and specifications for underground foundation <br />drains drain.inq direct into Lake Minnetonka. <br />
