Staff will <br />send you a copy of t :ese standards as soon as the City <br />Enc' veer submits his re port. <br />You will receive prior notice if staff _ s able to prepare <br />the required resolution for the May 27th meeting. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the Ci ty's standard Developer's <br />Agreement for your review and use. Please include only the <br />following improvements under the developers agreement: <br />1. removal of all excess soils not to be used in final <br />grading - determine what has to be removed from site. <br />2. preparation of entire Aisturbed area for planting <br />3. estimate cost of seed or sod for entire disturbed area. <br />The letter of credit or bond should cover 1.50% of the costs <br />of the specific improvements noted above.
