Lydiards Park) drains in two directions, one to the <br />west directly to Lake Minnetonka, one to the south to an existing pond. The <br />increase in runoff to the pond from added rooftop and blacktop would result in <br />the pond rising a small amount (0.4 feet) in a 100 year storm. The runoff <br />directly to the lake to the west increases 52 from 12.4 CFS to 13.0 CFS due to <br />additional rooftop and blacktop in that drainage area. <br />
