All persons with an <br />interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance Approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and <br />as noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject <br />to further review by the City. Variance approval expires on,; year after <br />date of approval. Permit application must be submitted no later than <br />December 14, 1988. <br />Conditional Use Approval is subject to the conditions of the approval <br />resolution. In the case of projects requiring a construction permit or <br />other work permit, such permit must be applied for within one year of the <br />date of conditional use approval or that approval will expire. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council. <br />
