The new owner has been allowed to make limited structural <br />changes pending formal approval of this conditions use permit <br />(see enclosed building permit). Note the permit has not allowed <br />the installation of kitchen facilities. <br />The standards setforth by the ordinance fo- quest house requires <br />additional area and width to support an additional residential <br />unit. The property must have a minimum of 2 acres and at least <br />140' of width. Staff can see no problem with this standard <br />being met. <br />Staff rer--wiiends approval of the conditional use p-rmit for a <br />guest house for Gerard Blohorn on a property locur at 1595 <br />Bohn's Point Road based on the finding that there adequate <br />area and width on the property to support an additional residen- <br />tial unit is the LR-1B zoninq district subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1 - Guest house unit may never be rented. <br />2 - Payment of an .additional SAC feu and zeparate sewer <br />unit assessment for quest house. <br />
