All dredge spoils shall be placed above the 100 year flood elevation of the <br />lake, and contained so that no direct runoff returns to the lake. <br />IX. If hydraulic dredging is used, all return waters must meet Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency regulations and the contairiment area s1iall be approved by DNR <br />prior to commencing construction. If other dredging methods are used, z-n off <br />site spoil disposal area shall be utilized. <br />X. All side slopes within the boat harbor shall be 3 horizontal to 1 vertical. <br />XI. Riprap shore protection shall be placed along the harbor bank after dredging to <br />stabilize the bank. <br />SEF.
