Potion, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0) . <br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record V CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />the following information concerninq a conditional 1595 Bohns Point Road <br />use permit of David Dunlap, 1595 Bohns Point Road, #424 <br />dated September 18, 1978, which states: David Dunlap <br />Ordinance Reference: 31.700 <br />The applicant requests a conditional use permit for <br />the purpose of dredging accumulated sand and rock <br />at the inlet to a lagoon, creating a channel for <br />his boat at the northwest corner of his property. <br />The dredging operation will cover a 26' X 28' area, <br />removing 18" of sand to a 3' depth, approximately <br />200 cubic feet of material to be removed. (Diagram C) <br />To be submitted to the Pinnehaha Creek Watershed <br />Disricit for review. DNR permit will be required. <br />Staff Update - October 2, 1978 <br />As requested by the Planning Commission, the applicant <br />has checked with the DNR and was informed that a <br />previous dredginq permit had been issued for that <br />property and they foresee no problem with issuing another. <br />(Continued) <br />
