All <br />persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions before a <br />building permit can be issued. <br />Variance Approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and <br />as noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject <br />to further review by the City. Variance approval expires one year after <br />date of approval if no permit is obtained. <br />Your construction plans are Lurrently being reviewed by the Building <br />Inspections Department, and your contractor will be advised as soon as <br />review is complete so he can obtain the building permit. <br />
